自杭州一路向西偏北,“乘流而行,遇径即止”,眼前一片雾气氤氲的翠绿所在,即是径山。无论是起源于1200多年前的“径山茶宴”,还是径通天目、被誉为“东南第一禅寺”建于唐朝,盛于两宋的径山禅寺,无不承载着径山对天下宾客的盛情与好客。

顺应《“十四五”旅游业发展规划》提出的要求:要建设一批有文化底蕴,世界级旅游景区和度假区。径山旅游度假围绕禅茶文化、乡村田园两大核心资源,将打造集文化体验、生态康养、亲子研学、运动休闲、乡村度假等功能于一体的乡村田园型旅游度假区。


天下径山,墨客如云。我们诚邀天下英才,与我们共绘禅意径山,在这幅1200多年的画卷上落上一枚新的印鉴。即日起,径山正式启动杭州径山旅游度假区视觉设计征集令,诚挚邀请海内外社会各界参与活动,共同绘就大美径山旅游度假区高质量发展新征程的第一笔!

一、征集内容

征集内容:

1.杭州径山旅游度假区LOGO(标识设计)

2. 杭州径山旅游度假区Slogan(广告语/品牌口号)。

二、征集要求

1)应征作品应充分体现杭州径山旅游度假区内丰富的乡村田园型旅游资源和好客文化以及禅意文化,同时又能紧扣径山镇“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念。

2)视觉设计内容应当主题鲜明、创意独特寓意深刻,具有强烈的视觉冲击力,便于记忆和推广、没有歧义,适合长期在各种介质的媒体上传播。

(3)应征者须为应征作品的合法拥有者,具有自主版权,合法使用图片资料、字体等素材,并承担相应的法律责任。

4)征集作品数量不限,需为电子文件投稿,平面设计、立体设计皆可。每幅作品不小于1M,不超过20M;彩色或黑白作品皆可,提交作品为JPG格式,尺寸为A3纸张大小,分辨率为300dpi。(如果作品入选,应征者需提供源格式文件)

5)严禁侵权,不得含有宗教元素,不得抄袭模仿已有的作品。作者需填写真实姓名和联系方式,参赛作品须为原创且未以任何形式公开发表过,无侵权行为。符合国家法律法规规定和社会主义核心价值观,不违反公序良俗。

三、征集范围

全球专业设计公司、创作团队、设计爱好者,个人或机构均可按照要求参加征集活动。

四、奖励办法

1.一等奖1名,奖励80000元人民币

2.二等奖1名,奖励20000元人民币

3.三等奖1名,奖励10000元人民币

4.入围奖7名,各奖励5000元人民币

5.一二三等奖获奖单位将优先作为杭州径山旅游度假区视觉设计深化调整单位,设计深化费用额外支付。

五、活动参与方式

1. 应征作品及相关资料通过电子邮件发送至固定邮箱hzyhqwrcb@163.com,投递邮件时,请按以下名称命名文件:“杭州径山旅游度假区视觉设计全球征集令+单位名称+作者姓名”,如“杭州径山旅游度假区视觉设计全球征集令+**单位+张三”。

最终评选结果“天下径山”官方微信公众号发布

六、征集时间

启动征集:20241月13日

采风时间:2024年1月下旬

截稿时间:2024年2月23 17:00止

评审时间:2024年2月24日至2024年3月10日

方案深化:20243月11日至2024年3月25日

七、活动声明

1.投稿作品应为原创,此前未以任何形式发表,未在国家商标局注册过,未侵犯他人著作权、设计专利以及受知识产权法保护的其他文体、图像;如有侵犯他人著作权引起诉讼由设计者承担所有法律责任。

2.投稿作品如若获奖,则视为投稿者同意主办单位拥有对该作品的知识产权,包括著作权、商标权等(署名权除外),投稿者不得再转让第三方或用于产品开发。主办单位有权对该作品进行修改、发表,并有权向行政主管部门申请商标注册。

3.所有来稿一律不予退回,请自行保留底稿。设计作品一经采用,所有权、修改权和使用权均归主办单位所有,设计者不得在其他任何地方使用该设计作品,包括但不限于著作权、使用权、发布权以及对设计作品进行修改、组合、应用等权利,否则构成侵权,主办单位保留依法追究设计者法律责任的权利。

4.获奖作品不作为杭州径山旅游度假区LOGO和口号的唯一采纳标准。

5.凡报名参赛者,均视为已同意以上声明所有规定,请严格遵守。

6.杭州径山旅游管理委员会对本次征集活动具有最终解释权。

Jingshan Tourist Resort Visual Design Call: A hundred thousand grand prize awaits your participation! 

Embark on a journey from Hangzhou, heading westward and slightly north. "Go with the flow and stop at the path," where a mist-covered emerald green awaits - this is Jingshan. Whether it's the 1200-year-old "Jingshan Tea Banquet" or the Tang Dynasty-built Jingshan Zen Temple, acclaimed as the "Southeast's First Zen Temple" and flourishing during the Song Dynasty, all carry Jingshan's warmth and hospitality for guests.

In accordance with the requirements of the "14th Five-Year Plan for Tourism Development," the call is to construct world-class tourist attractions and resorts with cultural significance. Jingshan Tourist Resort, centered around Zen tea culture and rural pastoral resources, aims to create a rural and pastoral tourist resort integrating cultural experiences, ecological well-being, parent-child study tours, sports and leisure, and rural vacations.

Jingshan, with poets like clouds, invites talents worldwide to join us in painting the Zen-inspired Jingshan and leaving a new imprint on this 1200-year-old canvas. Starting today, Jingshan officially launches the Hangzhou Jingshan Tourist Resort Visual Design Call, sincerely inviting individuals from all walks of life to participate, contributing to the first stroke of the new journey towards the high-quality development of the beautiful Jingshan Tourist Resort!

I. Submission Content

Submission content includes:

1. Logo design for Hangzhou Jingshan Tourist Resort.

2. Slogan for Hangzhou Jingshan Tourist Resort.

II. Submission Requirements

1. Submissions should fully reflect Hangzhou Jingshan Tourist Resort's rich rural and pastoral tourist resources, hospitality culture, and Zen culture, while aligning with Jingshan Town's development concept of "Green hills and clear waters are golden and silver mountains."

2. Visual design should have a clear theme, unique creativity, profound meaning, strong visual impact, and be easily memorable and promotable across various media.

3. Participants must be legal owners of the submitted works, possessing independent copyright, legally using image materials, fonts, and assuming corresponding legal responsibilities.

4. The number of submissions is unlimited, and electronic files are required for submission. Both graphic and three-dimensional designs are acceptable. Each work should be no less than 1MB and no more than 20MB, in JPG format, A3 paper size, and 300dpi resolution. If the work is selected, the participant must provide the source format file.

5. Strictly prohibit infringement, avoid religious elements, and prevent plagiarism or imitation of existing works. Authors need to provide real names and contact information. Submitted works must be original, unpublished, and free from infringement, complying with national laws, regulations, and socialist core values.

III. Participants

Professional design companies, creative teams, design enthusiasts, individuals, or institutions worldwide are welcome to participate in the competition.

IV. Awards

1. First Prize: 1 winner, prize of RMB 80,000.

2. Second Prize: 1 winner, prize of RMB 20,000.

3. Third Prize: 1 winner, prize of RMB 10,000.

4. Honorable Mentions: 7 winners, each receiving a prize of RMB 5,000.

5. The first, second, and third prize-winning units will be given priority as the units for the in-depth adjustment of the visual design of Hangzhou Jingshan Tourism Resort, with additional payment for the in-depth design fees.

V. Participation Method

Submit works and related materials via email to the designated address hzyhqwrcb@163.com. When sending the email, please name the files as follows: "Hangzhou Jingshan Tourist Resort Visual Design Global Call + Unit Name + Author's Name," such as "Hangzhou Jingshan Tourist Resort Visual Design Global Call + **Unit + Zhang San."

The final selection results will be announced by the official "天下径山" WeChat public account.

VI Solicitation Period

Commencement of Collection: January 13, 2024

Fieldwork Period: Late January 2024

Submission Deadline: February 23, 2024, until 17:00

Evaluation Period: February 24, 2024, to March 10, 2024

Scheme Refinement: March 11, 2024, to March 25, 2024

Public Announcement Period: Early April 2024

VII. Activity Statement

1. Submitted works must be original, unpublished, not registered with the National Trademark Office, and free from infringement of others' copyrights, design patents, and other forms of intellectual property protected by law. If any legal action arises due to copyright infringement, the designer is responsible for all legal liabilities.

2. If a submitted work wins an award, the participant agrees that the organizing unit owns the intellectual property rights of the work, including copyrights and trademarks (excluding the right to attribution). The participant may not transfer it to a third party or use it for product development. The organizing unit has the right to modify and publish the work and apply for trademark registration with the administrative authority.

3. Winning works are not the sole criteria for adopting the logo and slogan of Hangzhou Jingshan Tourist Resort.

4. All submissions will not be returned, and participants should retain the original drafts. Once a design is adopted, the ownership, modification rights, and usage rights belong to the organizing unit. Designers may not use the design in any other place, including but not limited to copyright, usage, publication, and modification rights, or it will constitute infringement, and the organizing unit reserves the right to pursue legal responsibilities.

5. Participants in the competition are deemed to have agreed to all the above regulations. Please strictly comply.

6. The Jingshan Tourist Management Committee of Hangzhou has the final interpretation right for this design competition.
